A former chairman of the Committee on Appropriation, Abdulmumuni Jibrin, has accused the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara and three others of bribing members of the house with a sum of “$25,000”, to pass a vote of confidence on him.

In a series of tweet, Jibrin revealed that the quartet opened a vote of confidence register at his Asokoro guest house located at Wilbeford Juta crescent.

Jibrin further described as “worthless and laughable”, allegations that he is being sponsored by external forces to destabilize the House of Representative.

On his meeting with the leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Jibrin said that it was a successful outing, adding that he will continually cooperate with the party.
